PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN Much is planned for the last gathering of the year on Wednesday, May 5th at 10:30 a.m. in Calvin Hall. It will be a joy for us to celebrate Nellie Hopkin’s 100th birthday! Nellie’s thoughtfulness and dedication through the years has brought joy and appreciation from all who received her beautiful crocheted and knitted lap robes, caps, bootees, and sweaters. We will wish Nellie a “Happy Birthday” and many more. The pre-schoolers will help us do that. Also, at this time, our Birthday Offering will be received. The suggested amount is to give 10 cents for each year of life, not $10, as misprinted in the April newsletter…..unless God so provides and so moves you. We will elect our new officers for 2010-2011.
